1. why cant our judiciary judge cases in time bound manner. this person had 8 cases pending against him
2. despite being a habitual offender he was repeatedly given bail by court. Should not courts introspect?
3. when cases were registered against him in delhi or haryana, did local police bother to check up with their counterparts in UP about his criminal history?
4. the private party was submitted a fraud police character verification certificate. is there a standard format for same? is there any way any private party can look into a database and check veracity of such certificates? NO
